The regular assessment of students’ work is considered crucial to the educational process. Progress is discussed with both parents and students. Each term students’ work in all subjects is reviewed and a result analysis is prepared to decide on future strategies for different achievement levels.
The assessment plan of the school is in keeping with the Periodic Assessments Guidelines of the CBSE. Periodic assessments are conducted as per the format to assess the Application, Understanding and Effort of the child in each of the scholastic areas.
The approach to assessment focuses on two complimentary approaches: Assessment FOR Learning (AFL) and Assessment OF Learning (AOL).
